Our local family butchers and delicatessens sixty years on. Today, Kevin and M ire s son, Micheal Crualao , operates the chain of Crualao s local family butchers and delicatessens. Along with his team of management and staff, Micheal continues to maintain the Crualao food philosophy that was instilled in him from a young age. It s a vision that s shared by our managing director, Francis Twohig, who trained as a butcher in the original shop over 30 years ago; and Noel Mc Namara, Crualao s master butcher , who carefully assesses the quality of the meat across all our stores. Times change; however, for the next generation of the Crualao family business, their approach to food production stays the same excellent-tasting food requires complete integrity and full traceability.
